Howard Perch: Florida Hospital Oceanside and Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center

Howard Perch, 50, from Ormond Beach, began his tenure with Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center in October 2011. He initially served the organization as Director of Rehabilitation Services, though Perch worked his way up to the role of Administrator, Florida Hospital Oceanside/Executive Director, Rehabilitation Services, Wound Care Center, Hyperbarics and Diabetes Services by 2015.

As administrator, Perch oversaw steady improvements in the organization’s efficiency, patient care quality and admissions.
